Culinary Experience

OK Guys its me, Muhammad Sulthan Ryan Ramdhani, now im gonna tell you about my culinary experience, well its kind of an odd culinary, but its really delicious! the smell, the taste, and the looks of this food just made my stomach growled really loud LOL! this food is chinese food, my auntie brought this food when the New Year Eve, unfortunately i didnt take its photo so i'll just google it. and here it is! all i can tell is, im really full after i ate that good chinese food, i thought it was a pork, my auntie told me it was a pork, she's just playing prank i knew it -_-, and so i didnt hesitate to eat the food, its really damn good! now here's the recipe and the pic!



INGREDIENTS

1 cup chicken leg meat, coarsely chopped into bite-size pieces
Potato starch, for coating chicken
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh scallions
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, peeled and minced
Dried chile pepper
Dried Szechuan peppercorns
1 tablespoon of dried peanuts

DIRECTIONS

Lightly coat the chicken with potato starch in a large shallow dish. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat, and then stir-fry the chicken until seared and hot but not cooked all the way through. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside, leaving any extra oil from the chicken in the wok. Add the scallions, garlic, ginger, some chiles and Szechuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, being sure to scrape up the browned bits left over from the chicken. Return the chicken to the wok until cooked through. Stir in the peanuts in the last few moments of cooking. Serve nice and hot!

My Holidays

Oke guys, im here again, Muhammad Sulthan Ryan Ramdhani, student from SMAN 3 Bandung, will do my homework for our beloved and beautiful teacher Mrs. Wiwin~ firstly i sincerely apologize tou Mrs. Wiwin for my late post ,because for some reasons..well i knew she wouldnt care about this but im just gonna spit it out, First my laptop was broken and i had no money so i had to fix the laptop on my own, Second i dont have "Kuota", Third im busy.

well thats it so just let it be, past is past! now im gonna tell you all about my holidays!! yeay!! but first i have to do short semester for math...its really painful but im happy i can handle it well...i think...lets skip that LOL, so after i finished my "SP" i started my holidays with watching some movies!! the movies was really fun! and also sad...i watched some old and new movies like "Big Hero 6" "Grown Ups 2" "FF" and many more!

i spent almost a full day just to watch some movies, but i really enjoy it. So the next day im starting to get bored so i visited my friend to slept over and play some games, we played a game named "Dota 2" for hours, we didnt sleep at night LOL, by the way Dota means "Defense Of The Ancients" its really exciting! well it really consumes so much time to play that game, it took an hour just to play one match! well we didnt sleep so we got

to play some matches, well i thought only playing games would be boring so we decided to cycling, oh yeah, before i got to play the game, we cycled to BEC to buy LAN cable to transfer the game because we dont have a high space disk, its really tiring to its worthed! so we cycled and we tired then we cooked something to eat ofcourse! its really fun! we cooked some foods, i dont remember it well...anyway i had a good time playing with my friend.

The next day finaly i gotta go home, then when im home, its about afternoon, i spent it for watching some films again LOL, but...the next day we visited grandma's house...its really tiring, we departed at 6 am and arrived at 9 am, we trapped on a traffic jam and hot weather LOL, on the road im sleeping so i dont remember anything, when i woke up its already at grandma's house, well nothing special happens on that day, i played with my cousins and brother

On the new year night, im sleeping while the others watching the fireworks while playing some trumpets, well its fun, then we arrived at home on 3 January, and on the rest of my holidays i spent it to play online games with my friend and watching movies.
